The news, with the volume turned down.

Hushread reads thousands of stories a day, scores the sentiment behind them, and hands you the few that actually moved — one email, every morning, five minutes. Not another feed to keep up with. The end of keeping up.

Why another reader

Feeds show you everything. That’s the problem.

RSS readers and newsletters solved collection. Nobody solved judgment. Hushread is built on one idea: the news has a direction, and you should be able to read it.

Sentiment, tracked

Every story is scored. Every topic has a mood line. Watch sentiment on a company, a technology, or a policy turn days before the headlines admit it.

1,847 → 6

Signals, not volume

Duplicate coverage gets clustered. Engagement bait gets muted. What survives is what changed — and how much.

The Morning Brief

One email at 6am: what moved, which way, and why it matters. Read it with your coffee, done in five minutes, ahead all day.

The Morning Brief

Smarter in five minutes — with receipts.

Morning newsletters made you feel informed. The Brief makes you directionally informed — every item carries its sentiment score, its trend, and a one-line “why this matters.”

Follow your own sources too: Hushread is a full reader underneath, so your feeds, folders and topics shape what the Brief watches for you.

The waitlist

Skip the line by bringing readers with you.

After you join, you get a personal link. Every signup through it moves you up — and unlocks founding perks that won’t exist after launch.

Fair questions

Asked by people like you.

Where does the sentiment score come from?

Language models score each article’s tone toward its subject, then we aggregate across sources and time. You always see the score and the trend, never a black-box “vibe.” Wrong calls happen; the trend line is the point, not any single score.

Is this just another AI-summary app?

No. Summaries compress words. Hushread tracks direction — whether coverage of a thing is getting better or worse, and how fast. It’s also a full reader: your RSS feeds, folders, read-later and audio, with the noise handling built in.

What does it cost?

The reader and the Morning Brief will have a free tier at launch. Pro adds sentiment history, unlimited topic tracking, and more. Waitlist perks above are the only way to get Pro free.

What happens to my email?

It goes on the waitlist. You’ll get your position, your referral link, and launch news — nothing else, from no one else. Unsubscribe is one tap.
